Brian Mannal is the latest candidate to get the Cape Cod Times endorsement. Despite ridiculous weekly mailings – efforts of big-money PACs organized to remove incumbents and insert their own candidates, the Cape Cod Times let the district know that he is the right man for the job.
Elisa Zawadzkas – 10/19/2014 Received the endorsement on Sunday and expect that she will help us increase the percentage of women serving us in the Statehouse – she grew up here and has the right positions balancing the support of local businesses with the needs of the community’s most vulnerable.
Daniel Wolf – 10/18/2014 “Spend an hour discussing contemporary issues with state Sen. Daniel Wolf and you’ll no doubt end up emotionally and intellectually exhausted. His brain works like an Intel chip inside an Apple computer, processing countless bits of data per minute.”
Mark Forest – 10/11/2014 “We can’t think of an elected position on Cape Cod more suited for Mark Forest than county commissioner.”

A message from Rick about who he is and why he is running:
I am a former Assistant District Attorney for the Cape and Islands and currently a criminal lawyer. I have been practicing law on Cape Cod for twenty-four years. I served as a Barnstable Town Councilor for twelve years and continue to be active in the community. My wife and I are raising our two children in Cotuit. I care about the communities here on the Cape and the Islands where my kids are growing up, where my mother has retired, and where my family, friends, and neighbors live.
Why am I running for District Attorney for the Cape and Islands? Read the rest of this entry »
